At a special called meeting Monday, April 10, the JCS Board passed a spot redistricting plan to alleviate overcrowding at Rosenwald-Dunbar Elementary.
TPS principal Charlanne Pool says she's seen a big change in her student's behavior for the better. She says they're calmer and enjoying school more.
Over the past several weeks, schools have been announcing their Teacher of the Year winners and we wanted to share the entire list.
We need your input! Our school district and the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) want to hear from parents regarding how well your child’s school is doing to involve you in the special education services provided to your child.

School will be in session Tuesday, May 16. This will make up the day schools were closed on January 17
The last day for students will now be FRIDAY, MAY 19. This will be an early release day.
