This website is designed to give students activities to complete on all Non-Traditional Instructional Days.  On any non-traditional instructional day, students are required to complete an assignment if you are enrolled in any required or elective Fitness/Wellness class. 

The following are the requirements for completion of assignments on these days:

1. There are 10 wellness assignment/worksheets and 10 fitness workouts available as assignments for students to complete.
2. If you choose a wellness assignment/worksheet, complete the worksheet and turn in to teacher upon return to class. 

3. Or, you choose a fitness workout, you need to write down your activities, number of reps (if applicable), and duration of fitness activity.  All fitness activities MUST BE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES of moderate-to-vigouous physical activity (this means you should break a sweat while performing the activities).  There are fitness workouts on this site, or you can create your own and turn that in as well, as long as it fulfills the time requirement.
