NES Behavior Management System

We are using a clip chart in our classroom this year!

Everyone will begin their day on green (Ready to Learn). If you show great behavior, you can move to blue, then purple, then pink. Remember, you must show behavior that goes beyond what I expect of you. This means being a leader, a good friend, or even a helper!

If you chose to break a classroom or school rule, your clip will be moved down. If you receive a warning, your clip will be moved to yellow. If you continue to misbehave, your clip will move to orange, and then to red. If you reach red, you will be calling your parents to explain your behavior. Yellow means you will spend part of your recess talking with me about your behavior, orange means you will loose 10 minutes of recess, and red means you will loose 15 minutes of recess and make a phone call home. Everyday you will write which color you end the day on in your agenda! Your parents will initial your agenda daily.

Let’s all work really hard to keep our clips on green, blue, purple, or pink!
