The JAMmin minute workouts are lower down, and they are easy to complete pdf workouts that you can download or print out. Keep some handy, and pull out when someone is starting to get a little restless.
I recommend that you pick up the app "sworkit lite", if you are looking for a app to pick-up for your mobile device. Love this program and it's free! It lets you pick the workout you want to do, and the amount of time for the workout. The exercises are completed in 30 second increments. Best of all it will show you exactly what to do for each exercise.

Rotations: 5 each way
Arm and Shoulder Rotations
Knee and ankle Rotations
Stretches (hold for 10 seconds each)
