DISTRICT WIDE ENROLLMENT

District Wide Enrollment for all schools will be Thursday, July 9 at JELV (851 Wilmore Rd), from 8:30a-12:30p, and 3:00p-7:00p.

Representatives from all schools will be present to assist with enrollment.

Each parent needs to bring the following:

  • Proof of residence (current utility bill or a recent lease/deed)
  • Student's official birth certificate
  • Student's social security card
  • Name/address/phone number of the last school attended
  • Other helpful records (ie report card, transcript, special education paperwork)
  • Students not living with a natural parent-documentation of guardianship through the court system will need to be provided.

For PreK/K enrollment, student must be present for screening.

KHSAA Dead Period
A few reminders as the Dead Period is about to begin:
  • A reminder that the Dead Period for ALL sports starts at 12:00:01 a.m. on June 25 and goes through 11:59:59 p.m. on July 9. There is to be no use of school facilities, team uniforms, transportation, coaches, personnel or anything related to the athletic program. 
  • School funds may not be expended in support of interscholastic athletics in any KHSAA sanctioned sport during this period. 
  • There is to be no communication between coaches and players during this period, including email, social media, texting, phone and all other forms. 
  • School representatives may not promote alternative activities during the Dead Period, including promotional specials by local gyms, etc. To do so implies some form of requirement to the recipient.
July SBDM Meeting

The "first Monday of the month" SBDM meeting will be will still be on July 6. The time will now be at 2pm as opposed to the normal 4:15 time.  Location will still be in the front office.

Girls Golf Meeting

ARE YOU DONATING CLOTHING? The local Goodwill (off Main Street by Long John Silver's) has a credit system with Jessamine County Schools that enables us to give clothing vouchers to families in need! When you go to Goodwill to donate your clothes, just request that your clothing donation be CREDITED TO JESSAMINE COUNTY SCHOOLS. This is an important program for our students that is uilized on a weekly basis!  The account has been very low for the past two months. Please help by donating!!!

Driver's Testing times and dates are controlled by the Kentucky State Police.  Effective January 9th written tests are given from 8:30-11:15 Mondays and Fridays only.  Appointments are taken for drivers.  Test by calling them on Mondays or Fridays from 8:00-10:00 at (859)887-1713.
