2022-23 Kindergarten Registration

 

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for kindergarten, your child must be 5 years old by August 1st, 2022.

 

Required Documents:

Proof of Jessamine County Residency (rental/ lease agreement or utility bill dated within the past 60 days)
Child's State Issued Birth Certificate & Any Legal Custody/Guardianship Paperwork if Applicable
Child's Kentucky Immunization Certificate (must be up-to-date)
Child's Physical Examination Form (dated within last year)
Vision Exam Form - Due by Jan. 1, 2023 (performed by ophthalmologist)
Dental Exam Form - Due by Jan. 1, 2023

 

Steps To Register:

Step 1: Pick up a Registration Packet at the Jessamine Early Learning Village PRIOR to the registration date. Completing Online Registration in Step 3 does NOT replace this first step.

Step 2: Place all Required Documents listed above and completed Registration Packet Forms in the Registration Packet envelope.

Step 3: Complete Online Registration (OLR) making sure to choose the 2022-2023 school year option. Upon completion of OLR, write the OLR Confirmation # on the outside of your registration packet.

Step 4:  Drive through the car lane to drop off the completed Registration Packet on Wednesday August 10th, Thursday August 11th, or Friday August 12th between the hours of 7:50 AM - 9:00 AM. If needed, copies of Required Documents will be made and the originals returned to you.
