School Strategic Plans

JCS uses quarterly action plans each year to respond to student data and make progress toward the strategic plan goals. The first two quarters of the plan are completed in August, and the second two quarters are completed before Winter Break. Actions are progress monitored each quarter using GREEN if an action is fully completed, YELLOW if an action is partially completed, and RED if the action is abandoned for the year. Any actions that are not completed are moved to the next quarter. Progress notes are below the completed activity in italics.
