Our favorite stories came to life! 📚✨
We had an incredible time celebrating Book Character Day for "Read Across America" Day! From classic heroes to modern adventurers, our students stepped into the shoes of the characters who inspire them. It was a joy to see our RDES family explore their passions while showcasing the creativity and high-level thinking that makes them lifelong learners.

A Magical Visit from Author Shred Shrader! 📚✨
We were thrilled to welcome author Shred Shrader to our school today!. Our 1st through 4th-grade students had a wonderful time attending a special presentation where they got to hear the author read from his book and share the joy of storytelling.

February is National Parent Leadership Month, and we are shouting out the incredible RDES PTO! 📣
Our PTO doesn't just "help out"—they lead! They create the resources, fun activities, and support systems that make RDES feel like a family. Whether it’s organizing the Staff Soup Luncheon, managing the Fall Book Fair, or coordinating BINGO nights, these parent leaders are the heartbeat of our school community. 🍎📚
When parents step up, our students soar higher. 🚀
