2025 WJMS Boys Soccer Tryouts Information:
WHO: Current WJMS 6th, 7th & 8th Graders
Due to the larger amount of 6th, 7th and 8th graders, 5th graders will not be invited to try out this season.
WHEN: Saturday February 22, 2025 7:00-10:00am (6:30am On-Site Check-in)
Tryouts begin promptly at 7:00. Late arrivals will not be allowed into the session, no exceptions.
WHERE: WJHS TURF Field
If the weather does not permit outdoor tryouts, we will have indoor tryouts at WJMS in the gym. Because the gym is a smaller space than a turf field, we may have to conduct tryouts in smaller groups on the 22nd. That will communicated if it is needed.
PARENT DROP OFF / PICK UP:
○ Player check-in will begin at 6:30am at WJHS turf field gate
○ Parents are responsible to transport players to and from tryouts. Check-in will not begin before 6:30. Please be prompt for pickup
○ Parents/Guardians must accompany your player through the check-in process
○ Bring copy of player's current physical (do not provide original as form will not be returned) or show evidence of current physical loaded on FinalForms

NTI Day 2 is underway today, and NTI Days 3 &4 have just been announced for Thursday and Friday.
Childcare will be available tomorrow from 8 - 5. JCS will also allow a practice window tomorrow from 2-6 as well as scheduled games and BINGO!
Decisions about practice , games, and childcare for Friday will be made when weather patterns for Friday are more solidified.

Due to road conditions, cold temperatures, and many households without power, Tuesday, January 7, 2025 will be a traditional Snow Day for JCS, with no NTI work. Athletic games & after school activities are cancelled and JCS child care will be closed. No further decisions have been made about the remainder of the week-please be ready for NTI if needed.
