📝 What to Bring
To make the enrollment process as smooth as possible, please bring the following documents with you:
Birth Certificate: A copy of your child's official, state-issued birth certificate.
Legal Documents: Custody or guardianship paperwork (if applicable).
Immunization Record: A Kentucky Immunization Certificate with a valid expiration date.
Physical Exam: A physical exam form completed within one year prior to the first day of school.
Proof of Residency: See the required documents below.
🏠 Proof of Residency Requirements
You must provide a Mortgage or Lease Agreement attached to a Jessamine County residence, PLUS one (1) additional document from the list below (dated within the last 60 days):

🌐 Internet, Cable TV, or Satellite Bill
📞 Landline Telephone Bill (Note: Cell phone bills are not accepted)
