Hanging out in Ms. Buss' room before school. Great start to the day!

Check out what's happening in Dallas, Texas!

Game Day!

Good luck to all our Jaguars taking their CTE EOP exams today! We’re proud of the many students who tested yesterday and those testing today. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your knowledge from your CTE pathway courses and even earn articulated college credit. You've got this, Jags!

GAME DAY!!!

Today in our Spanish classes, students put their skills to the test with a fun maze challenge! They designed their own mazes and then partnered up to guide each other using only Spanish. By giving step-by-step directions, they practiced commands and real-time communication.

Join us for the 4th Annual Strength in Colors Run/Walk Family Night on Friday, April 18th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at East Jessamine Middle School! This fun-filled evening has something for everyone, whether you’re ready to tackle the full or mini color run course or just want to enjoy the festivities. There will be face painting, bracelet making, yard games, karaoke, food trucks, light snacks, and time to connect with family and friends. Plus, community partners will be there for you to meet! As a bonus, the first 100 participants will receive a free t-shirt. Don’t miss out on this exciting event! Help us spread the word, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Board games during Mrs. Cooper’s Jag time today! A great opportunity to connect with your fellow Jags!

Congratulations to Paige Searcy for winning the JCPL drawing this month!

GAME DAY!!!

Things are really shaping up in Ms. Rannells’ class as students dive into arcs and angles! Whether they’re measuring central angles or figuring out inscribed ones, these Jaguars are proving that geometry is truly a-cute subject. With every theorem and calculation, they’re making sure their learning comes full circle!

Our Advanced Art students are mastering linear perspective, using lines to create the illusion of depth on paper! With careful technique and creativity, they’re turning flat surfaces into dynamic spaces, proving that art is all about perspective. Way to go, Jags!

Next week, counselors will be visiting classrooms as we move into the next phase of scheduling! Mrs. Rocco is finalizing the necessary components in IC, so students will soon be able to start selecting their courses.
Remember to complete your OLR before meeting with a counselor to finalize your schedule!

Shoutout to SOS for setting up an information table at lunch today, giving folks the opportunity to learn more and ask questions! As part of the setup, there was also an engaging activity where people could share their coping strategies and support systems. It was a great way to encourage reflection and connection while spreading awareness about SOS resources!

We wanted to take a moment to highlight a pair of our anglers on our EJHS Bass Fishing Team who have been crushing it this season! Congratulations to Logan Ethington and Dylan Teater for dominating the competition wherever they go! Good Luck to the rest of your season!

The EJMS Basket Bingo was a blast this past weekend! Here’s Lexi lending a hand to a younger Hawboldt. As you can see, Haddie takes her bingo seriously. She gets it honest!

The Jessamine County Public Teen Library is in our media center today with a special Hunger Games giveaway to celebrate the release of Sunrise on the Reaping! Huge thanks to JCPL for sharing the love of reading with our students!

We are thrilled to share that our attendance is currently at 95%! Your dedication to showing up, staying engaged, and prioritizing your education is making a HUGE difference. Let’s keep up the momentum and finish strong as we inch closer to spring break!!
