She's a beaut, Clark.
Our new tennis courts!😍😎💙

Today in Mrs. Cox’s class, students took hands-on learning to a new level! They explored how seed types—feathery vs. non-feathery—fare in different environments: urban vs. rural. Using a case study on Hawksbeard, they tested which seeds thrive best in each setting. A fantastic example of curiosity-driven science in action at East Jessamine High!

Attention sophomores and juniors!! Interested in exploring your creative talents? Join us for a Governor’s School for the Arts informational session during Jag Time on November 22nd and November 26th! Learn about this amazing opportunity to develop your skills, connect with other young artists, and experience an unforgettable summer.

Today’s Thanksgiving potluck was a warm reminder of the joy in sharing a meal and connecting with colleagues. Each dish brought a little extra warmth and kindness to our day. So grateful for our Jaguar team and the moments that bring us together.
We also wanted to include a picture of Mr. Kraschnewski's 10 pound sweet potato that also made an appearance. He is vey proud.

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on our amazing school psychologist, Angie Sheely! Mrs. Sheely brings compassion, expertise, and dedication to East Jessamine High School every day, supporting our students’ emotional, social, and academic well-being. She works to create a safe, positive environment where all students can thrive and feel heard.
Thank you, Mrs. Sheely, for everything you do to make a difference in our school community. We are so grateful for your dedication, insight, and care!
