These amazing teachers help our littlest Bear Cubs build confidence, make friendships, and fall in love with learning! They fill their classrooms with patience, encouragement, and lots of love while laying the foundation for a successful school journey.

At Wilmore Elementary, we are incredibly blessed to have two leaders who give so much of themselves to our school every single day.
Ms. Thompson is quite possibly the hardest-working person in our building. She is the true definition of a leader. She pours her heart into WES, and the safety and well-being of our students and staff are always at the center of every decision she makes. Her dedication, commitment, and love for our school never go unnoticed.
Mrs. Brown is the definition of someone who is always willing to jump in wherever she's needed. Whether it's stepping into a classroom, helping a student, or supporting a staff member, she never hesitates to lend a hand. She leads by example and reminds us daily what it means to be a team.
Together, these two ladies challenge our students and staff to be the very best they can be, but what makes them truly special is that they never lose sight of the people behind the work. They care about us as individuals, not just as students, teachers, or staff members.
They understand something so important: Before students can learn and teachers can teach their best, they need to feel safe, loved, valued, and supported. And because of these two, that's exactly how our WES family feels.
We are so thankful for their leadership, their hearts, and the countless things they do that most people never see. Our Bear Cubs are better because of them, and so are we.

We are using a new registration link for Lunch Visitors Day and kindly ask for your patience as we transition to this new system.
When registering for the event, you will be required to scan your ID. We are hopeful that this new process will run smoothly and allow us to welcome everyone in a timely and efficient manner.
Please be assured that visitors who have pre-registered for the event prior to the day of will receive a printed badge with their name upon arrival. Everyone will be required to sign in and wear a visitors badge, even if you are not pre-registered.

Registration Process
STEP 1: Online Registration (OLR)

If you prefer to complete OLR in-person, please call the Wilmore front office to schedule an appointment.
** Important: Write down your OLR confirmation number- you will need it for the next step**
STEP 2: Complete the Google Form
(Link opens March 16) Kindergarten Google Form
*Child must be 5 years old by August 1st
STEP 3: Submit Required Documents in Person
Once you have completed the Online Registration and Google Form, bring all required documents to the Wilmore Elementary's front office during office hours.
Required Documents
- Child's State Issued Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (Utility or Internet Bill) dated within the last 60 days
- Child's Immunization Certificate (with valid expiration date)
- Child's School Physical Form (completed up to 1 year prior to the first day of school)
- Legal documents, if applicable (custody or guardianship paperwork)
