As KY Public Schools Week comes to a close, we celebrate the incredible impact of our schools, educators, and support staff in shaping young lives and ensuring bright futures. Most importantly, we celebrate our greatest purpose and our WHY—our amazing students! 💙
In honor of Black History Month, our students have been engaging in meaningful learning experiences that highlight the incredible contributions and legacies of African Americans throughout history. Warner Elementary students were introduced to Norman Lewis, an artist well-known for abstract expressionism, and his painting "Harlem Jazz Jamboree" during art class. EJHS recently hosted the KHSAA Region 6 Wrestling Tournament, and we’re thrilled to announce that four JCS wrestlers are headed to State this weekend! 🏆 Congratulations to these talented athletes—we're so proud of you and wish you the best of luck at State!

At last night's meeting, the Jessamine County Board of Education proudly recognized the EJMS Beta Club for their outstanding achievements at the National Junior Beta KY State Convention last month! These talented students excelled in a variety of categories, placing in Poetry, Language Arts, Science, Computer Science, Cake Decorating, and Musicology—a true reflection of JCS’s commitment to helping every student discover their passion and purpose.

Congrats to the WJHS swimmers for making a big splash at the KHSAA State Championship Meet this past weekend! They brought home two impressive 4th place team finishes and clinched state titles in the Girls 200 Medley and Freestyle Relays! 🏆

JCS Childcare will be open at NES from 8:00am-5:30pm for students who are pre-registered for NTI care. Athletic Directors will provide updates on practices and games.
