After drawing South America as their mystery theme, the team had just 90 minutes to research, prep, and plate a full menu featuring a regional soup, fusion tacos, a signature dessert, and a lime refresher. 🍲🌮🍰🍹
Competing under “Chopped”-style pressure and alongside celebrity chef Duff Goldman and Disney culinary pros, our students showcased incredible creativity, teamwork, and professionalism. We are so proud of the way they represented JCS on the big stage! 🌟👏#JCSExcellence #CookAroundTheWorld
