Last one, best one! 🙌

The pep rally today may have come with a little chill in the air, but that didn’t stop us one bit. Popsicles were still the perfect treat, the energy was high, and the fun showed up in full force.

From relays to volleyball to water balloon tennis, there was no shortage of action—and the best part? Teachers and students joined in the fun. And hey...who doesn't want the opportunity to pie Mr. Marsh in the face? He was such a good sport! Love our Colt family!💙❤️

Today we celebrate our incredible School Lunch Heroes! 🍎🥪🥗 Thank you to the amazing cafeteria team who show up every day with smiles, kindness, and a whole lot of hard work to keep our students fueled and ready to learn. From early mornings to busy lunch waves, you do it all—and you do it with care. You serve more than meals… you serve comfort, consistency, and kindness each day. Thank you!

Happy Principal Appreciation Day, Mr. Thornton!

We just want to say thanks—for everything. For showing up every day, supporting our students and staff, and keeping things running the way you do. You handle the big stuff and the little stuff, and it all matters more than you probably hear.

We appreciate you and all the time, energy, and care you put into our school. Today’s your day!

SENIOR DECISION DAY - DONATIONS NEEDED!

Senior Families & Community Members - Time is flying by and we need your help!

🎓We will hold our annual Decision Day for seniors on May 18th! This event celebrates our seniors and their post–high school plans—whether that’s trade or technical school, the military, college, or entering the workforce!

🎓We are seeking donations such as dorm items, gift cards, electronics, or other helpful gifts for students starting their next chapter. Last year, parents alone donated over $1,750, making our prize drawings extra special!💥

🎓If you’re willing to contribute, please complete this FORM. Donations can be dropped off at the WJHS front office or guidance office by May 11. Businesses will also receive a social media shoutout for their support!

Today we’re celebrating the incredible bus drivers of WJHS! 🚌💙

They start their mornings before most alarms go off, navigate traffic like pros, and somehow know exactly who’s trying to sprint to the bus at the last second. They keep our students safe, on time, and headed in the right direction every day.

Thank you for your patience, your dedication, and your ability to handle early mornings, endless stops, and teenage conversations before sunrise. That alone deserves an award.

We appreciate all you do for WJHS—you truly keep this place rolling!
