Advocacy means cheering on our students, lifting them up, and helping them recognize their own strengths. 💪 High school students thrive when they know their families are in their corner!
How does your family advocate for and celebrate your student’s successes—big goals, daily wins, or steps toward the future? Share your ideas with us! #KyFamEngage25 #WJHS

Staying connected makes a big difference in helping our Colts grow and thrive. With everyone’s busy schedules, what’s one way you keep open, two-way communication with your teen?

At WJHS, we know the high school years are all about growth—both for students and their families. These are the years when you're shaping the relationship you’ll carry with your young adult long after graduation. How can you support and guide them while also helping them build independence?

Mr. Tyler's JAG classes took a trip to UK today for a tour of campus! It was a beautiful day and the students were able to visit the library, renovated dorms, lecture halls, and even stopped by Champions Kitchen for lunch. These types of experiences are critical for showing students what their next steps could look like!
